LootVault skill prize competitions · governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. The Promoter
LootVault Competitions, PO Box 4421, London, W1A 1AA, United Kingdom ("LootVault", "we", "us").
2. Skill Competition
Each paid competition is a prize competition requiring entrants to answer a skill or knowledge question correctly. It is not a lottery. No purchase is necessary — a free postal entry route is available on every paid competition with the same chance of winning.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. By entering you confirm you are 18 or over and accept these terms. Employees of LootVault and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Paid entries: create an account, answer the skill question correctly and purchase your chosen number of tickets up to the stated maximum per person. Free entries: follow the free postal entry route. Each valid entry is allocated one ticket in the draw.
5. Free Postal Entry
To enter without paying, send a postcard with your full name, postcode, email and the competition name to the address on our Free Entry page. One entry per postcard. Postal entries are treated identically to paid entries in the draw.
6. Draw
At the stated draw date and time, an automated, verifiable random selection runs across all confirmed entries (paid, free and postal). The selection algorithm and a reproducible seed are recorded so the result can be independently verified. The winner is published on the public Winners Ledger.
7. Prizes
The prize is as described on the competition page. Prizes are delivered to the winner within 28 days of confirmation of identity. No cash alternative is available. If a substitute is required, a prize of equal or greater value will be provided.
8. Winner Verification
Winners may be asked to verify their identity and age before a prize is released. Winners agree to take part in reasonable promotional activity including the publication of their first name and the winning ticket number.
9. Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a competition and refund all entries if circumstances require. In such cases all paid entries are refunded in full.
10. Responsible Play
Skill competitions are not gambling, but we encourage responsible participation. Set sensible limits and never spend more than you can afford. If you are concerned about your play, contact BeGambleAware at begambleaware.org.
11. Privacy
Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We use your data to run competitions, verify winners and comply with our legal obligations.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. These competitions are operated in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.
