How we use it
To run competitions, verify winners, fulfil prizes, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations as a promoter of skill competitions.
Lawful basis
We process your data under contract (to run the competition you entered), legal obligation (age verification, anti-fraud) and legitimate interests (communicating about draws).
Sharing
We share data with our payment provider (Stripe) and only where required to fulfil a prize or comply with law. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact the promoter using the details on our Terms page.
Retention
We keep entry and identity records for the period required to meet our legal and audit obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
